The Canon EOS M50 Mark II is a mirrorless 24.1-megapixel APS-C camera. It is a reasonably priced camera for beginners looking to upgrade from smartphones or bridge cameras, but even more so, it is
The EOS M50 Mark II is a very capable and forgiving camera. It is small and light enough to take with you everywhere, particularly as the EF-M lens line-up has 8 compact lenses available. For a large part of my time with the camera I used the EOS M50 Mark II with the Canon EF-M 18-150mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM Lens.

The best feature on the M50 is Canonโ€™s Dual Pixel Autofocus (AF). The M50 does an amazing job of focusing on-the-fly once a subject is selected via the touchscreen. Canon claims that the camera uses 99 AF points when paired with the EF-M 15-45mm lens. When paired with better lenses, the M50 is capable of using 143 AF points, according to Canon. My custom LUTs & Presets here: We recommend the M50โ€™s 32mm f/1.4 for its longer focal length (50mm equivalent with a 1.6x crop) and low aperture, and the 18-150mm f/3.5-6.3 for its versatility for capturing cinematic footage of all kinds. Lens Recommendations: EF-M 18-150mm f/3.5-6.3 IS STM. EF-M 32mm f/1.4 STM.

In flash shots with certain lenses, the shutter speeds and ISO speeds displayed when you press the shutter button halfway may not match the actual settings used.
Follow Us On Instagram: Keep Your ISO As Low as Possible. When it comes to exposure settings for product photography, itโ€™s generally best to keep your ISO as low as possible. ISO controls how sensitive your camera sensor is to light. In the days of film, this was referred to as โ€œ film speed โ€œ. Setting your ISO high is helpful when shooting in low light hlVud.
