e.g. with label "jira_resolution_manually_set" Edit the related workflow to include one more transition, eg. "Fix Resolution" From status Closed to status Closed; Add a post-function to update the resolution to the desired one. eg. "Resolved" Publish the workflow; Test the new transition on a ticket or two; Bulk edit the issues and apply this

Similar to created vs resolved report, I would like to see how long it takes for tickets to be closed in a certain time period. For example, I want to see: x amount of tickets were closed within a day it was created; x amount of tikcets were closed within a week it was created; x amount of tikcets were closed within a month it was created; and

JQL Query for Tickets resolved less than 24 after their logged. I am trying to put together a query in JIRA that covers the following criteria: The ticket was logged last month - I know I can use endOfMonth (-1) and startOfMonth (-1) for this. Tickets that we closed within 24 hours of the created date.
Thanks Walter but created vs resolved doesnt work for me because we look at closed status as part of the chart. The issues dont stop at resolved, so want to know how many were closed and how many were created in the same chart that would give me the percentage/count comparison on how many are getting created and how many are getting closed on a weekly basis.
Created Vs. Resolved Issues Report: Shows the number of issues created as opposed to the number of issues resolved over a period of time. Pie Chart Report: Shows the search results from a specified issue filter (or project) in a pie-chart, based on a statistic of your choice. Resolution Time Report: Shows the average time taken to resolve issues.
Answer accepted. We use 3 different statuses for Done - really 4. Done is when the issue/work was completed and deployed. If the work has not started yet and we decide to "withdraw" it - we use the status of Discarded. If the work was already started and we decide to stop it for now and MAY return to it later (or not) then we use Abandoned status.

Task 2: paint a box. sub-task - choose paint. sub-task - paint box. >>>link to Task 1 "is blocked by". Task 3: sell a box. >>>link to Task 2 "is blocked by". with all that said, one could certainly make task 2 and 3 sub-tasks of task 1 but then you lose any order relationship that a link could provide. Reply.
Waiting for customer. Waiting for support. In progress. Cancelled. Resolved. Closed. Pending. There's not a lot more to say about most of them, I'd say 5/7 are completely clear, and would only question Pending and the difference between Resolved and Closed. But you should read the names in the context of the workflow.
I am trying to write a JQl query to show the following: Shows the number of JIRA tickets closed by Assignee between 5pm and 9pm in January and February 2022. I have this but it does not seem to be working as it should: resolved >= "2022-01-01 17:00" AND resolved ROigZ.
